Privacy policy and data protection notice

This notice explains for what purpose the personal data of companies and users of the BilgeERP service, operated by FenergyTech (the “Provider”), is processed, to whom it may be disclosed, and what rights data subjects have.

1. Data controller

For account and subscription data, FenergyTech is the data controller. Contact details are provided at the end of this page.

2. What data is processed

There are two separate categories of data:

• Account data: full name, email address, phone number, company name, billing/payment information, login records and support correspondence.
• Customer data: data your company enters into the system about its own customers, suppliers, employees and business records. For this data, your company is the data controller and the Provider acts as processor; your company is responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of this data.

3. Purposes of processing and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service, manage your account and subscription, issue invoices, handle support requests, ensure service security and meet legal obligations, on the legal basis of contract performance and legitimate interest.

4. Data sharing

Data is not shared with third parties beyond the subprocessors used for server hosting, email delivery and file storage, unless required by law. Data-processing agreements are in place with these subprocessors.

5. Retention period

Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and any statutory retention periods; customer data is retained according to your company's instructions. After account closure, data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.

6. Data security

Connections are encrypted, access is restricted by role and permission, optional two-factor authentication is available for user accounts, and important actions are logged. The database is backed up automatically every night.

7. Cookies

The system uses only the cookies necessary to remember your session and your language preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for EU citizens, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure where legally permitted, and to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
