These terms govern the relationship between the company registering for the BilgeERP service operated by FenergyTech (the “Customer”) and the Provider. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Account and responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of account information, managing user access, and the lawfulness of the data entered into the system. Keeping account credentials confidential is the Customer's responsibility.

2. Trial period and pricing

No credit card is required during the 14-day trial, and all modules are available. To continue after the trial, the fee for the selected plan must be paid; if payment is not made, the account is set to read-only.

3. Payment

Payments are accepted by bank transfer; an invoice is issued after payment is confirmed. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

4. Ownership of data

All customer, product and document data entered into the system belongs to the Customer. The Customer may export its data at any time; upon account closure, a copy of the data is provided on request.

5. Service availability

The Provider uses reasonable care to keep the service running without interruption; however, no liability is accepted for temporary outages caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues or force majeure.

6. Intellectual property

The BilgeERP software, design and brand belong to the Provider. These terms grant the Customer no ownership rights in the software itself, only a right to use it for the duration of the subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

Unless caused by intent or gross negligence, the Provider's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months. No liability is accepted for indirect damages such as loss of profit or data loss.

8. Termination

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Provider may suspend the account if payment obligations are not met on time or these terms are breached.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes and contact
