What can be imported?

Four lists are imported: customers, suppliers, products and users. Opening stock can be entered together with the product import.

Column mapping

The software detects the delimiter and the character encoding of the file by itself. It recognises column headings by their Turkish, German and English names and suggests a mapping; it also recognises the headings used in German accounting software exports. You correct the suggestion before the import.

Export and API

Your data is not locked into the software. Lists are downloaded as Excel or CSV with the current filter. With the API in plan L you reach customer, product, quote, order and invoice data from your own software.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my old quotes and invoices?

Import from a file is for customer, supplier, product and user lists. For the import of past documents, write to us through the contact form.

What happens to existing records during an import?

Matching records are updated and new ones are added. At the end of the import a list shows which row was added, updated or skipped.

Which plan includes it?

Import and export are included in every plan. The API is in plan L.
