Project record

A project has a customer, an assigned user, a start date and an end date. The billing type is hourly, fixed price or non-billable. If an hour and amount budget is defined, the usage rate is shown on the project page.

Time entries

A time entry has a date, a duration, a description and a mark for billable or not. The weekly timesheet shows how many hours a person has entered on which project during the week.

Invoicing time

Billable time that has built up on a project and has not yet been invoiced is transferred to a draft invoice with one click. When the invoice is issued, the entries are marked as invoiced and do not come onto an invoice a second time.

Can I track time with a timer?

Time is entered by hand; there is no start-stop timer.

Is there a Gantt chart?

No. Project tasks are followed in list view and board view.
