Invoicing software: issue, send and track payments

Create the invoice from a quote, an order or a delivery note. Enter the payment and see the outstanding balance and the overdue receivables in one list. You do not need a separate application for the daily work of invoicing and accounts receivable.

  • Partial payments and advances
  • Receivables ageing report
  • An issued invoice cannot be changed
Invoice list: invoice number, customer, date, due date, status, amount and outstanding balance.

Issuing invoices

An invoice is first prepared as a draft. When you choose “Issue”, it receives its number and can no longer be edited; if a correction is needed, a credit note or correction invoice is written. A pro forma invoice is prepared with the same editor.

  • Invoice, pro forma invoice and credit note
  • Sequential numbers for each company and year; the prefix can be set
  • VAT rates by country and VAT breakdown
  • PDF, email and customer portal
  • Multi-currency: TRY, EUR, USD, GBP, CHF
Invoice details: items, VAT breakdown, payments and outstanding amount.

Payments and due dates

Payments can be entered in part; the invoice becomes “partially paid” and the outstanding amount is shown. Advances without an invoice and refunds to the customer are recorded as well. Overdue invoices are marked as “overdue” every morning.

  • Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card, cheque, promissory note
  • Payment receipt as PDF
  • Invoice due dates in the calendar
  • Balance and average days to pay on the customer record
Payment list: date, customer, invoice, payment method and amount.

Receivables ageing

The report splits open receivables into bands by due date: not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and older than 90 days. The list shows which customer you need to call.

  • Breakdown by customer
  • Chart of monthly revenue and payments received
  • Lists can be downloaded as Excel and CSV

Accounting export

In plan L, invoices, payments and expenses are downloaded as journal lines. The account codes come with country defaults (the Turkish uniform chart of accounts or SKR03) and are split by VAT rate; you change the codes in the company settings.

  • CSV or XLSX file
  • VAT summary
  • Separate account code for each expense category

Frequently asked questions

Can I send Turkish e-invoices (e-Fatura and e-Arşiv)?

There is currently no integration with Turkish e-invoicing (e-Fatura / e-Arşiv via the revenue administration, GİB); invoices are issued as PDF. For Germany, an e-invoice file in XRechnung 3.0 format is produced.

Can I correct an invoice that has been issued?

An issued invoice cannot be changed. If there is an error, a credit note or correction invoice is issued; the two documents stay linked to each other.

Are payment reminders sent to customers automatically?

No. Overdue invoices are flagged in the list and in the report; you send the reminder yourself.

Can I issue regular invoices automatically?

Yes. When you set up a contract, the periodic invoices are generated at the frequency you choose.
