Multi-company management: several companies from one account
Do you have one company in Turkey and another in Germany? You sign in with the same user name and switch between companies from the menu at the top left. Each company has its own customers, documents and settings.

Each company with its own settings
The country is chosen when the company is created; currency, VAT rates, interface language and document number prefixes follow from it. Logo, letterhead, bank accounts and numbering are defined for each company.

Additional company: two options
An additional company can be opened with its own plan; in that case the plan has a 25% discount and the company has its own user and storage allowance. In the second option the additional company shares the plan, the number of users and the storage of the main company and runs for a fixed monthly fee.
- With shared resources, a person who works in two companies counts as one user

Separation of data
A record of one company is not shown on the screens of another company. A user enters only the companies they are a member of and can have a different role in each. A user of another company is added to your company only if they accept the invitation.

Frequently asked questions
Can customers or products be shared between companies?
No. Each company has its own customer and product list. You can download the lists from one company and import them into the other.
Is there a consolidated report across the companies?
No. Reports are for each company separately.
