Every document you send to a customer carries a link. The customer views the document, downloads the PDF and approves the quote without creating an account or remembering a password.

What does the customer see?
A link to a single document opens only that document. A customer link lists all documents of the customer: quotes, orders, invoices and contracts. An invoice shows the amount, the amount paid and the amount outstanding, together with your bank details.

Online quote approval
The customer types their name when approving the quote. The time of approval and the IP address are recorded on the document and your team is notified. A quote whose validity period has expired cannot be approved.

Security of the links
Links are generated with random keys that are too long to guess and are not written to the server logs. Portal addresses are closed to search engines.

Frequently asked questions
Can the customer pay through the portal?
No. The portal shows your bank details and the outstanding amount; there is no online payment.
Can the portal run on my own domain?
No. Portal links open under the BilgeERP address.
