Frequently asked questions
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days the account does not move to a paid plan by itself. It stays read-only until you choose a plan: you can view your data but cannot enter new records.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. When you choose a plan, a reference code and the bank details are shown; once the payment has been received, the plan is activated and your invoice arrives by email.
What is the advantage of yearly payment?
With yearly payment you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
What if my number of users exceeds the plan?
You can buy additional users or additional storage without upgrading the plan. Add-on packs are charged monthly.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes. When you move to a higher plan, the new modules are opened and your data stays where it is.
Do I need a separate plan for my second company?
In plans M and L you can open additional companies. An additional company either takes its own plan at a 25% discount or shares the user and storage allowance of the main company for a fixed monthly fee.
Can I pay in euros?
Companies outside Turkey are invoiced in euros. For the euro price, write to us through the contact form.
