Product and service record
The record holds the SKU, barcode, category, brand, unit, VAT rate, purchase price and sales price. Description and technical information are separate fields.

Bundles
Products that are sold together are defined as a bundle: for example four cameras, a recorder and an installation service. When the bundle is sold, stock is deducted from the components.

Price groups and price rules
Price groups such as dealer, project or retail work with a percentage difference or with a fixed price for a product. Price rules define a special price, a discount and a quantity tier for a customer or a product; a validity period can be given.

Translations and product files
Product name, description and technical information are entered in Turkish, German and English; the document uses the translation in its own language. Files such as datasheets, manuals and certificates are added by language and can be attached to the quote email.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import products from Excel?
Yes. The product list is imported from an Excel, CSV or ODS file; you choose the columns on the mapping screen.
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
The product record has a barcode field, which is used in search. There is no stock count or sales screen that works by scanning barcodes.
Which plan includes price rules?
Product records are included in every plan. Bundles, price groups and price rules are in plan L.
